*4 cups loosely packed fresh basil *6 garlic cloves ¼ teaspoon salt 1 cup shredded parmesan cheese 1 cup toasted pine nuts 1 cup olive oil Process all ingredients in a food processor, stopping to scrape the sides. Makes 2 cups.
Toss with your favorite pasta, spread on pizza shells, add to sandwiches, and more.
